Terms of Service

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on DNK's platform for personal, non-commercial use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

Under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations
• Transfer the materials to another person

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by DNK at any time.

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.

You are responsible for:

• Safeguarding your password and account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your account information remains up to date

Membership fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on the plan you select.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

You retain ownership of content you post on DNK. However, by posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with the platform.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is otherwise objectionable.

DNK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the platform
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the platform
• Any content obtained from the platform
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our platform after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
